Dispatches

» We at Eka Dwi want you to have a smooth shopping experience. As soon as the order is placed, a confirmation email is sent. Orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 5-8 working days unless specified otherwise (due to the nature of a product). However, we always strive to dispatch the order at the earliest.

Shipping

» Once the order is dispatched, you will receive a notifying email containing the tracking details of the said order. In case of an unexpected delay (due to weather or festive season), the same will be notified to you.

» Shipping is free for prepaid orders, anywhere in India.

Delivery

» Any order is shipped between 5-8 business days after placing the order. The package once dispatched takes 3-5 working days to reach metro cities and the rest of India/World 10-12 working days.

*Excluding Sundays and Public holidays

• The Partial COD amount is non-refundable in cases where the order is returned to origin (RTO).
• An additional shipping charge will be applicable for Partial COD orders that are re-shipped after being returned to us.
